Add PayPal Donation Button Widget to your Blog

It is a great honour, if your readers wish to reward you for all hard works and effort  you have done for your blog. PayPal Donation button will help readers to easily send you some bucks via PayPal.



Adding A PayPal Donation Button
Sign into your Paypal account and if you don’t have one you can get a free paypal account here.

1. Login to your Paypal Account with your email address and password.


2. Click on "Merchant Services" tab at the top menu of page.

3. Now scroll down. You will see a "Donations" link at the right sidebar in the "Paypal Website Payments Standard " header section.


4. You will get some options to choose like Donation ID, Donation name/service etc ... Only first one Donation name/service is required all the remaining field is optional. So enter the first field. If you want to use your own image or other button style click on "Customize Appearance" .


5. After filling up all information click on the "Create Button Now" link.


6. Now you will get some HTML code. Copy it.

1. Login Blogger.com . From Dashboard go to Layout>>Page Elements>>Add a Gadget>>HTML/JavaScript


2. Now Paste your HTML code that you copied from paypal account.


3. Then Save it.

Here is one of the button style. You will see in your blog sidebar ,header etc.

Yes, you are very much right, you cannot open a PayPal account for Charity, if your charity is registered in India, same thing happened with me also, I applied a Charity account for my client and after completing all the formalities they just denied for the account.
I have a suggestion for you, apply for a normal account with some other website and then use it for your Charity website, I have list of websites who are doing the same thing.
You can also try some other Payment Gateways like CCavenue, but in case you are using Vbulletin script, I don’t think so that it may help you. The first suggestion may work for you.
